<p>Kredit&nbsp;merupakan&nbsp;suatu&nbsp;fasilitas&nbsp;keuangan&nbsp;yang&nbsp;memungkinkan&nbsp;seseorang&nbsp;atau&nbsp;badan&nbsp;usaha&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;meminjam&nbsp;uang&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;membeli&nbsp;produk&nbsp;dan&nbsp;membayarnya&nbsp;kembali&nbsp;dalam&nbsp;jangka&nbsp;waktu&nbsp;yang&nbsp;ditentukan.&nbsp;UU&nbsp;No.&nbsp;10&nbsp;tahun&nbsp;1998&nbsp;menyebutkan&nbsp;bahwa&nbsp;kredit&nbsp;adalah&nbsp;penyediaan&nbsp;uang&nbsp;atau&nbsp;tagihan&nbsp;yang&nbsp;dapat&nbsp;dipersamakan&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;itu,&nbsp;berdasarkan&nbsp;persetujuan&nbsp;atau&nbsp;kesepakatan&nbsp;pinjam&nbsp;meminjam&nbsp;antara&nbsp;bank&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;pihak&nbsp;lain&nbsp;yang&nbsp;mewajibkan&nbsp;pihak&nbsp;peminjam&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;melunasi&nbsp;utangnya&nbsp;setelah&nbsp;jangka&nbsp;watu&nbsp;tertentu&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;pemberian&nbsp;bunga.&nbsp;Jika&nbsp;seseorang&nbsp;menggunakan&nbsp;jasa&nbsp;kredit,&nbsp;maka&nbsp;ia&nbsp;akan&nbsp;dikenakan&nbsp;bunga&nbsp;tagihan.&nbsp;Diantara&nbsp;sekian&nbsp;banyak&nbsp;debitur&nbsp;atau&nbsp;peminjam&nbsp;tidak&nbsp;semua&nbsp;peminjam&nbsp;dapat&nbsp;membayar&nbsp;cicilan&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;tepat&nbsp;dikarenakan&nbsp;berbagai&nbsp;faktor&nbsp;yang&nbsp;salah&nbsp;satunya&nbsp;jumlah&nbsp;tanggungan&nbsp;atau&nbsp;pengeluaran&nbsp;lebih&nbsp;besar&nbsp;dari&nbsp;pendapatannya.</p> <p>Disinilah&nbsp;persetujuan&nbsp;atau&nbsp;kesepakatan&nbsp;pinjam&nbsp;meminjam&nbsp;antara&nbsp;bank&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;pihak&nbsp;lain&nbsp;yang&nbsp;mewajibkan&nbsp;pihak&nbsp;peminjam&nbsp;melunasi&nbsp;utangnya&nbsp;setelah&nbsp;jangka&nbsp;waktu&nbsp;tertentu&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;pemberian&nbsp;bunga.&nbsp;Sebelum&nbsp;koperasi&nbsp;menyetujui&nbsp;kredit&nbsp;yang&nbsp;diajukan&nbsp;oleh&nbsp;debitur,&nbsp;koperasi&nbsp;melakukan&nbsp;analisis&nbsp;pinjaman&nbsp;terhadap&nbsp;calon&nbsp;debitur&nbsp;apakah&nbsp;pengajuan&nbsp;kredit&nbsp;disetujui&nbsp;atau&nbsp;tidak&nbsp;disetujui.&nbsp;Analisis&nbsp;kredit&nbsp;yang&nbsp;dilakukan&nbsp;secara&nbsp;manual&nbsp;terkadang&nbsp;banyak&nbsp;menimbulkan&nbsp;masalah&nbsp;dalam&nbsp;penentuan&nbsp;pemberian&nbsp;pinjaman&nbsp;sehingga&nbsp;proses&nbsp;pengambilan&nbsp;keputusan&nbsp;menjadi&nbsp;tidak&nbsp;akurat,&nbsp;beberapa&nbsp;debitur&nbsp;yang&nbsp;diberikan&nbsp;kredit&nbsp;tidak&nbsp;mempunyai&nbsp;kemampuan&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;membayar&nbsp;dikarenakan&nbsp;penilaian&nbsp;terhadap&nbsp;calon&nbsp;nasabah&nbsp;dilihat&nbsp;dari&nbsp;pendapatan&nbsp;,&nbsp;jumlah&nbsp;tanggungan&nbsp;,&nbsp;lingkungan&nbsp;dan&nbsp;pinjaman&nbsp;yang&nbsp;diajukan&nbsp;tidak&nbsp;seimbang&nbsp;yang&nbsp;menyebabkan&nbsp;kredit&nbsp;macet.&nbsp;Dari&nbsp;permasalahan&nbsp;ini&nbsp;diperlukan&nbsp;suatu&nbsp;sistem&nbsp;pendukung&nbsp;keputusan&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;menentukan kelayakan&nbsp;pemberian&nbsp;kredit&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;model&nbsp;algoritma&nbsp;C4.5.&nbsp;Metode&nbsp;ini&nbsp;dipilih&nbsp;karena&nbsp;dinilai&nbsp;mampu&nbsp;menyeleksi&nbsp;alternatif&nbsp;terbaik&nbsp;dari&nbsp;sejumlah&nbsp;alternatif&nbsp;,&nbsp;dalam&nbsp;hal&nbsp;ini&nbsp;yang&nbsp;dimaksud&nbsp;yaitu&nbsp;calon&nbsp;debitur&nbsp;yang&nbsp;mengajukan&nbsp;pinjaman&nbsp;yang&nbsp;didasarkan&nbsp;atas&nbsp;kriteria-kriteria&nbsp;tertentu.penilaian&nbsp;dilakukan&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;cara&nbsp;mengelompokan&nbsp;atau&nbsp;mengklasifikasin&nbsp;sejumlah&nbsp;atribut&nbsp;dalam&nbsp;bentuk&nbsp;himpunan&nbsp;kasus&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;dicari&nbsp;nilai&nbsp;entropy&nbsp;dan&nbsp;gain&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;mencari&nbsp;akar&nbsp;atau&nbsp;node&nbsp;yang&nbsp;akan&nbsp;dijadikan&nbsp;akar&nbsp;utama&nbsp;sehingga&nbsp;membentuk&nbsp;pohon&nbsp;keputusan&nbsp;yang&nbsp;menghasilkan&nbsp;sejumlah&nbsp;aturan&nbsp;yang&nbsp;bisa&nbsp;menghasilkan&nbsp;keputusan&nbsp;yang&nbsp;akurat&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;menentukan&nbsp;kelayakan&nbsp;pemberian&nbsp;kredit&nbsp;pada&nbsp;koperasi&nbsp;sejahtera&nbsp;bersama&nbsp;sukabumi.&nbsp;Untuk&nbsp;melihat&nbsp;nilai&nbsp;akurasi&nbsp;metode&nbsp;algoritma&nbsp;C4.5&nbsp;merupakan&nbsp;metode&nbsp;yang&nbsp;digunakan&nbsp;dalam&nbsp;pembuatan&nbsp;prototipe&nbsp;sistem&nbsp;pendukung&nbsp;keputusan&nbsp;penentuan&nbsp;kelayakan&nbsp;pemberian&nbsp;kredit.</p> <p>Seiring&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;Perkembangan&nbsp;Teknologi&nbsp;Informasi&nbsp;menjadikan&nbsp;keamanan&nbsp;suatu&nbsp;informasi&nbsp;sangatlah&nbsp;penting&nbsp;&nbsp;terlebih&nbsp;lagi&nbsp;pada&nbsp;suatu&nbsp;jaringan&nbsp;yang&nbsp;terkoneksi&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;internet.&nbsp;Namun&nbsp;yang&nbsp;cukup&nbsp;disayangkan&nbsp;adalah&nbsp;ketidakseimbangan&nbsp;antara&nbsp;setiap&nbsp;perkembangan&nbsp;suatu&nbsp;teknologi&nbsp;tidak&nbsp;diiringi&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;perkembangan&nbsp;pada&nbsp;sistem&nbsp;keamanan&nbsp;itu&nbsp;sendiri,&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;demikian&nbsp;cukup&nbsp;banyak&nbsp;sistem-sistem&nbsp;yang&nbsp;masih&nbsp;lemah&nbsp;dan&nbsp;harus&nbsp;ditingkatkan&nbsp;keamanannya.&nbsp;Keamanan&nbsp;suatu&nbsp;jaringan&nbsp;seringkali&nbsp;terganggu&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;adanya&nbsp;ancaman&nbsp;dari&nbsp;dalam&nbsp;ataupun&nbsp;dari&nbsp;luar.&nbsp;Serangan&nbsp;tersebut&nbsp;berupa&nbsp;serangan&nbsp;<em>Hacker</em>&nbsp;yang&nbsp;bermaksud&nbsp;merusak&nbsp;Jaringan&nbsp;Komputer&nbsp;yang&nbsp;terkoneksi&nbsp;pada&nbsp;internet&nbsp;ataupun&nbsp;mencuri&nbsp;informasi&nbsp;penting&nbsp;yang&nbsp;ada&nbsp;pada&nbsp;jaringan&nbsp;tersebut.&nbsp;Hadirnya&nbsp;<em>firewall</em>&nbsp;telah&nbsp;banyak&nbsp;membantu&nbsp;dalam&nbsp;pengamanan,&nbsp;akan&nbsp;tetapi&nbsp;seiring&nbsp;berkembang&nbsp;teknolgi&nbsp;sekarang&nbsp;ini&nbsp;hanya&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;<em>firewall</em>&nbsp;keamanan&nbsp;tersebut&nbsp;belum&nbsp;dapat&nbsp;dijamin&nbsp;sepenuhnya.&nbsp;Dengan&nbsp;demikian&nbsp;perlu&nbsp;ditambahkan&nbsp;keamanan&nbsp;jaringan&nbsp;tambahan&nbsp;diantaranya&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;penggunan&nbsp;VPN&nbsp;yang&nbsp;bisa&nbsp;autentifikasi,&nbsp;menjaga&nbsp;keamanan&nbsp;dan&nbsp;kerahasian&nbsp;data.&nbsp;Selain&nbsp;itu&nbsp;telah&nbsp;berkembang&nbsp;teknologi&nbsp;IDS&nbsp;dan&nbsp;IPS&nbsp;sebagai&nbsp;pembantu&nbsp;pengaman&nbsp;data&nbsp;pada&nbsp;suatu&nbsp;jarigan&nbsp;komputer.&nbsp;Dengan&nbsp;adanya&nbsp;<em>Intrusion&nbsp;Detection&nbsp;System</em>&nbsp;(IDS)&nbsp;dan&nbsp;<em>Instrusion&nbsp;Prevention&nbsp;System</em>&nbsp;(IPS),&nbsp;maka&nbsp;serangan-serangan&nbsp;tersebut&nbsp;lebih&nbsp;dapat&nbsp;dicegah&nbsp;ataupun&nbsp;dihilangkan.&nbsp;IDS&nbsp;berguna&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;mendeteksi&nbsp;adanya&nbsp;serangan&nbsp;dari&nbsp;penyusup&nbsp;(serangan&nbsp;dari&nbsp;dalam),&nbsp;sedangkan&nbsp;IPS&nbsp;berguna&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;mendeteksi&nbsp;serangan&nbsp;dan&nbsp;menindaklanjutinya&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;pemblokan&nbsp;<em>(filter)</em>&nbsp;serangan.</p>
